I'd suspect that you will not find many places where the TV is good. They don't want you in your room - they want you at a slot machine.

I haven't found good TV at any casino/hotel. Do you have a problem with a non-casino hotel?

You might try either one of the Marriotts (Residence Inn, Courtyard) or a Hilton Property (Embassy Suites, or their timeshare on the strip)
