I thought that might be the case also. I picked these up at a flea market and the seller had these and the Bugsey/Capone casino chips in one rack and some current $1 chips in another. He thought he was offering a great deal by cutting the price of the current $1 chips from $8 to $4. Any idea on the Legend chip?
