You're absolutely right David. I believe the Macau casinos are currently closed, pending some type of "lottery" the Chinese government is holding to provide new management. In other words, sounds like totally state controlled gambling.

What irks me about this lister is even after he was given information concerning the type, approximate value, some casino history, etc. He relists, attempting to sucker some foolish (and in this case it would have to be a fool with deep, deep pockets) into believing him again. When he responded to my email he was thankful for setting him straight. Looks like he didn't become straight enough not to scam other potential buyers.
