I have finally narrowed down my interests, mostly, to Native American Indian casinos, $5 & down. I currently have just under 400 different $1 Indian chips, 180+ .50 chips and just under 100 .25 chips. Another 400+ higher denominations + ncv's. If I had had any idea there were so many to collect, I might have picked a different interest. I like the artwork and the fact that not everyone and his brother are vying for the same chips and the fact that alot come from out of the way places that require some effort to get to. As many Indian casinos don't like their chips to leave, the challange to get them is a part of the intrigue. Hopefully, someone, someday, will compile a guide for Indian chips. Many of the chips I have were started from other collectors trade lists. IMHO, Indian casinos produce some of the best looking chips available.
