The Circle Club was located on the northeast quadrant of the Circle of Confusion, where several streets emerged and drivers wildly cut lanes to get off at the right place. Today's Highway 99 does away with having to be Confused, and the Circle Club is now the Pepsi storeroom to a Chevron Station. Even Confucious would be Confused by that!
