Does the pricing of mint/mintish/unused/sharp (pick your adjective) small crown single TRK chips ever factor in that the chip was probably an overrun purchased from TRK and never actually in the casino? Does any collector even care about such a distinction?

Just curious.

(Not talking about racks of mint chips, such as from Pick Hobson's Riverside, because those went to the casino, they just weren't used. Just a discussion of singles, like say a mint El Cortez conquistador $100 chip.)
