It's my opinion that it is much too expensive the (newest / latest) on the market. If your bills are piling up as bad as your message indicates I would find it cost effective to find a good used Computer.

Like that old commercial showed, Before you get you get your Newsest/ latest/ best Model 5 home they are putting up billboards for model 6.

I find a Win 98 SE and 300 MHZ system Quite adequate for casual home use. Maybe Win 98 SE and 700 MHZ for DVD use.
