Hi Jerry. I just checked with the board and they confirmed that they have a contracted table at your event but didn't (until now) have someone to man it. I volunteered to do that and will be looking for other CCA members to take some shifts (please), but if no one else steps up, I'll be there the entire time. If you could please go ahead and assign us a table and send me whatever "dealer" type info I'll need, I'll start making travel and setup arrangements. Setup is still the day before, correct?

Thanks for making that available to us. I know your table at the June convention was successful. I hope we can continue to collectively work together to grow the hobby through cooperative reciprocal agreements like this, both now and in the future. Like the song says... I'll see you in September.
