How many days to complete 700 miles on a mountain bike trail?

There was a time I could comfortably do a 100 mile century on my road bike.
Was often one of the top dogs raising money for ADA and doing their 63 or 100 bike rides.
One of the best rides was the 63 mile fund raiser for cancer from the Ben Franklin Bridge to AC and finishing on the AC Boardwalk.
Those days have passed by.
