The Chip Rack is privately owned and published by SSS Publishing (David Spragg, David Searles, Jay Sands). The Chip Guide is a CCA-owned asset. They cooperate with each other, but I don't think there's a formal notification process going both ways. Hopefully someone with more knowledge of that will chime in here.
