As to the address, I don't think so as it was at 21 Hertford Street (opposite the Hilton, well at the side of it) and there aren't any shops.
I did put a link to show the building as it is now (as I don't think it will have changed much) but it wouldn't work for some reason.
I think it is mentioned in one of the books about older London casinos (only in passing) so I'll see if I can find it. Hopefully it'll shed some light.
