The Painted over chips were used in Quesnel, B.C. by the owner of the Billy Barker Casino .
They were used first in Vancouver by a different owner ... then sold the inventory.

I do not think I have seen a $1 chip yet that was not painted over.

Would need to check what I have to be sure.
