All quite deliberate as explained by Wes during filming.
Apparently every one of his films has numerous such 'incorrect' things. People have made a hobby out of watching the films 50 times to find them all.
I think it was in Grand Budapest Hotel where I spotted a plastic water bottle in the background.
Some of the 'errors' actually occur by accident during filming but if Wes likes it, it stays in.
