There are 13 chips at face is 65.00. The NCV has an H value I'm adding 15 for that chip.15.
So for 80 dollars you can have the whole set including the frame and I will bring it to the Convention. If anyone else is interested you can add actual postage.
The top of the frame has a scratch that can be touched up. I'm selling it as is.
