This is what I managed to get while there. Priced as shown, Shipping is $2 for up to 3 chips, $3 for anything over three chips total. The Casino Peros-Guirec is a 10,00, the white circle de l'olympia is a 5 and the red is a 20, the SEAG is a 5 and not damaged like the scan shows.
