I don't have an ID for those chips, but if they came in the Langworthy box barely visible behind them, you might be able to use the box to date them.

Langworthy & Co. moved from Detroit, Michigan, to 605 S. Main Street in Las Vegas in 1962. They moved again in 1988 to 611 N. Main, Las Vegas and changed their name to Langworthy Casino Supply.
