1 we use this money in the CCA to help to pay for the big show and hold down the prices for the tables etc which seem to go up each year. We can raise around $5k which really helps the club. In addition people love to donate and thin thier collections by giving them to people who would value it and support the club

2 without this money we would need to either dip into savings or increase fees or even worse stop doing things so it’s important

3 the people. We have always tried to name check all the buyers of tickets. This is what we have done for years and we know of A buys a ticket and thier friend B and C do too. We say do you see your name as this does also remind people to buy. I get a lot of “oh I forgot emails “ especially closer to the show

4 we do also give shout outs to the donation people. Like Dan just contacted me to donate some chips
