Here's a match-cover showing the Crystal Bar (1935-1952) or the Crystal Card Club (1952-1968) and then simply the Crystal Club (1968-????) all 3 located at 1002 B St. I have the Elbow or the El Bow Room as (1965-2004) which could date your chips as post 1965. The cover also shows an accurate address for the Elbow @ 2000 B St, also shows the same proprietors Carl & Joe potentially owning both establishments so it would make sense that both would be licensed for gaming.
