Yeah, talk about bad timing. I bought Doug's to complete the set (which I normally don't do as I only really care about $5s). I had an opportunity to get another one cheaper and knowing I had competing bidders in Doug's auction, I figured someone else would pay just shy of what I did and save themselves the sales tax, shipping, and insurance that Doug tacks on. And I would reduce the cost of the one I'm keeping. Worst case, I send this one to Doug and have him auction it off for me, but that will cost me and the buyer so better if someone grabs mine here. I'm open to trades for chips on my want list, so no cash outlay for that scenario and if someone has some margin in a chip I'm looking for, they can really save money.
