Ability to not follow directions.

I joke every year as I put together the preregistration script plaque drawing.

I make sure to put the clear directions on a brightly colored card telling people exactly what to do.

Yet every year we have dozens of people come to the raffle table asking what do they do with the ticket while holding onto the card they never read …….

It happens !!!!
