I’m guessing years ago with the lack or no smart phones
or good scanners, submissions lacked the proper colors ?
So possibly were seen as the way they are described.
Maybe the fix for this is gonna take time to resubmit
or submit updates to these “ errors “ to bring new light
to those that never were submitted in true colors.
