When you put non-machinable on the envelope you need to add the $.44 surcharge for a rigid envelope. If you ship enough that way like I do it pays to get a rubber stamp from ebay to make it easier. BTW - shipped in a plain envelope with cardboard protectors, marked non-machinable I have never had a chip broken. Paying $1.12 instead of $5 or $6 sure helps when selling cheaper chips.
