Certainly not the best specimen of this chip, but somewhat rare to be sure and it has an ok side to display. I tried a little soap and water to clean but it didn’t come off. Don’t know if it’s “on” the chip or a stain. TCR#V5934, book value N ($125-$149) and was price upgraded in last issue.
