Thanks for the scan. Super nice chip! Will be heading back that way at the end of the month for the Deep South Meeting. The way I understand it, the NCV set goes from 1-100. Last time I was there, they had them only on one table, and were using them to teach a high rollers wife blackjack. Table was only open to her and it closed after they were done.
