The chips were shipped to the Demmer Co, PO BOX 33, Marshall, TX. No date on the delivery card.
However:
I have found other chips shipped to the Demmer Co. I believe they were either a distributor or a mail drop for illegal operators.
I have asked TX chippers to look into this but so far no response.
