I take a similar approach to Mike's. Each individual chip is scanned and placed on my site. Then I can just generate a printable page by creating 5 rows of 4 chips and a page break. So whenever I want to print a page of my Hard Rock chips, select them through the query and generate the page.

This way the possibilities are less limited than having a larger picture.
