Not a huge seller on eBay but I do it this way...

I create a "dummy" auction that has all the correct info for shipping, general category, etc. and list it.
Once posted, I call it back up and click "Sell Similar" or "Sell Now", change out the chip info and save those new listings as drafts until I'm ready list everything.
When I'm done, I delete the original listing.

I'm sure there's better ways but I never have more than a dozen auctions going at once - so it works for me.
