I respect what Andy and Gene both have to say, however I don't ever recall seeing a post regarding the Riviera set numbers.
As far as the Paris chip goes. Looking at the scan, it says issue size 1500. Now, were they all sold? That's the question.
I was under the impression if the chips were destroyed, which doesn't make sense, there would be a destruction order. I thought that would be public information. I suppose they could also still be in a vault. Anybody Know ????????
