Happy Birthday my good friend, didn't called you yesterday because I know you are traveling, and also I had 5 drinks too many, as you know we celebrate Christmas on the 24th, we called "Noche Buena" that's when in the old days we kill the pig and we celebrate with our favor dish, Lechón, black beans, white rice, yuca, ripe fried plantain, flan for dessert and our famous "Mojito" then we welcome anybody neighbor or not, to come come in and enjoy dinner with us, beautiful days, all in the past. well, enough of that, back to the present, hope you got a great Birthday, yesterday and a MERRY CRISTMAS to all and and a HAPPY NEW YEAR
