All I have to go by, Allan, is the photocopy I scanned. As soon as I opened the letter and took one look at them, I thought they looked fake. I figured it wouldn't hurt to post the photocopy. I'm quite sure they also meet your description as to what one should look for in a fake.

The seller claims to have found them (only 3) in his grandfather's belongings and wanted to know if I'd pay $300 for the lot.
