The correct link should have been:

http://www.chipguide.com/tcbuploads/BlueWater.jpg

Here is a hint to make this easier. With the new upload software I am using, I added a line to the software that displays the complete link after you upload the picture. Simply copy that line of text and then paste it into the "Optional Image URL" box when you post the message and you won't ever have to worry about typos.
