One thing I meant to say in my original post, but forgot, was....you said that a casino wouldn't make any more money selling a collector a LE than selling the same collector a house chip (same denomination). TRUE... but how many (identical) house chips are you going to collect from the same casino? By offering several LE's through the year, a casino is offering you several opportunities to add to your collection! (Unless, like 4Q's they oversaturate the market, and chippers stop collecting them).
