This is not a very good scan. This is a House Mold Chip that reads "CAESARS TAHOE RESORT" in Capital letters around the outside rim. The Hotstamp is Silver and reads "CAESARS TAHOE ROULETTE" in an odd style stick type print. The color of the chip is as shown in the scan a deep orange color
