Thanksgiving road trip north from Pahrump Nevada through Beatty Goldfield, and finally Tonopah Nevada about 360 miles round-trip beautiful weather roads are not crowded and the museum is open in Tonopah
if you’re ever on Highway 95 going through Tonopah the Central Nevada Museum is terrific and it’s free. Of course the donation would be nice which I took care of lovely people lots of good stuff inside and out if you like old stuff antiques and history stop by it’s a must see
I am pleased to announce I’ve never seen Tonopah look any better. The city is putting money into redevelopment some new investments, and the town look pretty clean. I guess it’s on its way back to being a historic tourist destination. They still have a long way to go, but I liked what I saw

and that’s the update on Tonopah, Nevada. Of course, the Mitzpah hotel is the jewel
Now we head south from Tonopah to Goldfield, Nevada again they are fixing up this little Ghost Town
It’s nice to see construction and restoration happening in Goldfield however, holiday weekend. All the stores are closed nothing to buy and disappointing for tourist.
and now south on Highway 95 to Beatty Nevada to see what’s new
and the last picture is the dashboard on my car showing the altitude almost 6000 feet which is higher than Denver Colorado. You don’t realize how cold it gets up here. Enjoy your holiday Thanksgiving guys. Thanks for reading my post. Your comments are most welcome. Stay safe thank you Rich Burgel.
