Suggestion? Find a bank that has a free bank account with no minimum. Put in $100 to open and use that one for eBay. I have a checking account like that locally. Yes, you have a balance that's there forever, but the money comes fast and it's more secure than PayPal.

I've been on the new system for at least a year and no problems, no extra fees. Of course eBay is taking a bite out of the deals with listing fees and transaction fees.

But also if there's an issue, they deal straight with the bank, in or out. You have just eliminated a middle man from the transactions and eBay knows who and controls everything. That means less fraud, less problems with sketchy PayPal accounts.
