I searched through AOL but could not find any updates on this situation but when I decided to check The Chicago Tribune I found the article posted below. Hope this provides information that people need. According to the article you do not need to update any new software. They fixed the problem on their end. Incidentally, for those who use it, AOL is currently on ver.4.7 on their AIM software. If you are not using that version that is the currently available version.
