Paul, I cash chips after buying collections all the time and I would say that of your list, ALL previous chips would be cashed with the possible exception of Palace Station. I’ve cashed older chips at all of the other places. I would, however, advise you to go on a weekday between 9-5. In several of those casinos, I was refused in the evening hours. I knew there was no redemption notice so I went back the next afternoon, and my chips were cashed. I guess the night shift is afraid to cash chips they have never seen before and there are no experienced bosses around at that hour to ask.
