Hi John. Thanks for the feedback. Don’t size is largely a function of a) the browser you’re using and b) the operating system. If you’ve tried to adjust using the accessibility settings on your computer and also changed the zoom level (or font size) in your browser, let me know and I’ll do some testing. I have the capability to login to your computer and “take over” the mouse and keyboard, so if you’d like to set up a time for that, you can literally let me see what you’re seeing and I can make adjustments live to make it easier for you to navigate the message boards.

As for why this specific software was chosen, it’s an off the shelf, free, easy to setup, easy to add features to, and easy to manage program. Honestly, I set it up in under an hour early last year as a demo, and the feedback I got from the initial ~70 users was overwhelmingly positive. We shook our a few bugs, submitted an issue to the developer and got it fixed in the next patch, so they’re listening and responsive.

Change is always unwelcome by some, but if you give this new forum a chance, I think you’ll quickly realize the many MANY advantages outweigh whatever inconveniences you may experience. As always, I’m here to make this work for everyone so keep letting me know what you dislike or would like to see work differently, and we’ll see what we can do to accommodate. Fair enough?
