John, back in the early 70s I worked in Manhattan and commuted from New Jersey. Sometimes I would go through the tubes that dropped me off at the bottom of the world trade center on my return trip home. I will stop and have a cocktail at the windows of the world, which was the bar at the top of the world trade center. A friend of mine was the bartender, and I used to get a comp from him. I always told him if something happened like a fire or something why don’t they have an extension walkway that hooked up to the other building. , I always told him if something happened like a fire or something why don’t they have a extension walkway that hooked up to the other building so people could escape from the building in trouble? I never thought this could happen.
