As there seem to be 4 (yes, 4 not 3) different types of ND jeton known maybe that's why it is thought (or has been mentioned) that there were 4 roulette tables? Maybe the casino doubled up as a Tardis to fit them all in, it's possible.
It doesn't actually matter as most casinos changed tables with the times and regulations (including amounts and types) and we know for a fact that there was also an American Roulette table later due to the chips with the purple inserts known as definitely being from there for a number of reasons.
As the London French roulette was closed down in 1974, it would be logical (although not guaranteed) that a provincial casino in the same group wouldn't be far behind. It would seem odd that 4 FR became 1 AR but again, possible if more BJs or maybe even a PB table were added.
I won't point out the one that is actually in the wrong place in the group of 6 black bunnies (at the moment but hopefully that will change) but it is more like the red bunny one in style and probably size or it certainly looks that way in the book and on the guide and is very easy to see.
Good to have something constructive come out of looking at the page (and the book) again at least. I had never really noticed before but it is glaringly obvious now. Maybe it's because I don't have any so didn't really look that hard, who knows (who cares).
I don't know why the book says 41mms for the main 6 (although the guide only lists 5 colours as turquoise is missing) and when I asked somebody who has some, they said 43/44mms and there could be many reasons for that but as I don't possess any so can't measure them (with the micrometer), I can't say either way.
A minor detail really but always good to know the exact size as size matters to some.
