T. R. King sold 400 of those chips in four denominations to Stephen D. Troth on 2/5/1962. The letters are DT in the Script Font. You are missing the yellow chips with the $20 denomination on the back. No address, so they were likely picked up from the T. R. King headquarters in LA.

If you submit the chips to the ChipGuide I can do a little research on who Stephen Troth was, and post what I find there. Judging by the small quantity, I would guess at this point that they were a very nice home game set, but you never know.
