I would occasionally stop at the Jubilee in the 70s. They had a
21 game that was never open and a few slots. One time I asked
Roy Pagni if I could buy a couple of his chips and he got them
out of a vase behind the bar. Roy was Washoe County commissioner
and when he was up for re-election the 21 game would disappear.
The place was demolished for some kind of development but it never
happened. The two poles supporting the sign still stand.
