In an effort to further my education I have yet another question. Well actually several more questions.
If the non-cancelled and cancelled chips will carry the same TCR #, will they be listed twice with two valuations or will only the non-cancelled chip be listed and the "cancelled rule of thumb" be applied (although there is no generally accepted rule, to use the N3939 and N3961 as an example, the cancelled chip WAS valued at 20% of the non-cancelled chip).
To carry this further, the Jerry's Nugget 25 centers (N1976)are only listed once, but are they really the same chip? The non-cancelled chip had the Jerry's Nugget hot stamp on both sides of the chip. The Cancelled chip only has the Jerry's Nugget hot stamp on one side with the reverse only having the cancellation stamp.
