First off, I was told that it's just a shell, and still being constructed. Otherwise, I left for St. Louis at Midnight+ and had to be at a meeting at 7:30 AM. 400 mile drive. (I'm getting too old for that?) Coming home on Sunday, I left at almost 7PM, drove to the Rockford/Beloit rest area, which was enough fun. LOL
I took thousands of photos and walked thousands of steps, in the heat an humidity. And of course had a great time in the process. Just too tired and burned out. One selfie as I predicted the race winner. By the way, a good rule for sports betting of any sort is, don't pick who or what I pick?
"Sunday’s spotlight will be on Josef Newgarden as he tries to win the Bommarito Automotive Group 500 presented by Axalta and Valvoline for the fourth consecutive year and bids to sweep the five oval trophies offered in this NTT INDYCAR SERIES season."
Newgarden a front runner, fast in practice and qualifying, and wrecks: "I was just trying to push and catch up to the guys that were on a different fuel strategy so we could try to make a run at the end and just got up too high and into the marbles."
