Question for you on this. When I bid on something now on ebay it automatically ask for the mode of payment if I am the winning bidder. When I am a winning bidder it automatically closes out the payment. One the last 3 weeks there was no longer an option to pay for a winning bid at my leisure after winning.

Can't bid on anything unless the patient method is locked in a bid time so they can automatically process the payment at the close.

Seems like e-bay wants their money right away and removes bidders that re-neg on their winning bid.
