A LOT of our stuff isn't scanned, like hundreds of ashtrays and a lot of paper stuff (especially brochures, gaming guides, and menus). That's stuff that isn't getting posted

The stuff that IS getting posted is on the computer.

Each casino, bar, saloon, etc, has a folder on the computer...as well as a folder for "LV misc, Reno misc, Beatty misc, etc.

Each folder has the casino name, my abbreviation for the town, and the name of the town

Each folder contains scan of the stuff from that casino....

Item name...Town...Casino name...initials (so I know it's our item)...photos have the date of the trip (usually)

Stuff that's been posted to the chipboard usually has a duplicate of the scan, resized for the chipboard
