Actually the chips are gang-scanned at 100 dpi, then I select out each chip using Adobe Photoshop and create a separate jpg file...and they are still coming out at about 50K each. I thought that was a little high...maybe I should try an individual scan of each chip. The image size is only about 1.3" square...any thoughts?
