I've always thought I was quite lucky as I have always managed to be able to see other people's points of views and also their opinions on most matters and taking what I think applies better (even if it contradicts what I thought because it makes more sense) whereas you don't seem capable of doing that and only seem to be able to see yours. That's fine, I expected nothing else.
Try finding another (UK) croupier that thinks of (or classes) chips as gaming tokens, I doubt you'll be able to and even if you did they would state the same as I, that there is a difference in all versions so you can't generalise in that way. The guide has different categories for a reason, does it not?
It would almost be the same as saying that orchids are flowering plants and as roses are too then they must be the same thing. They are both plants so why differentiate? You do know that orchids are plants, yes? How about trees, should we not bother to split them up into various species as they are all made of wood and grow in soil (well, the vast majority as there are probably some that don't).
The more you bang on when I said ages ago exactly why I said about them being jetons (and didn't think it would be wortwhile discussing it as it would be pointless) is just making you look stubborn along with a few other things.
Nothing you can say will change my mind as I have stated many times so just give it up, talk to the finger and just stop talking trash just because you can.
