Ignoring all the waffle, my point from the very beginning has been that they should be under jetons (as the Portsmouth ones were) with a note to say used on (French) roulette as opposed to what you are suggesting which is, put under roulette chips and people will just know they are jetons. Yes, they will and wonder why they are under chips and not jetons. Regardless of if used on FR or an amalgamation of both games, they are still jetons whichever way you look at it, NOT chips.
As you like to keep quoting Tom even though the table you show is confusing for the reasons mentioned before, here is another part of his great book. I’m sure he wouldn’t have a problem with me showing this here. Read the wording, does he mention chip when he talks about the jetons? At all? No, he doesn’t and for obvious reasons. He also correctly calls them roulette jetons.
They say the same thing in the updated book and use a number to differentiate them all. The Portsmouth jetons are RJ (or JR on the opposite page) not RC so that’s how they view them which is exactly how I’ve described them and say that they are. I would show you the pages but don’t wish to bother either of the authors who updated the book to ask for permission for such a trivial matter.
I would have thought that you of all people would have wanted the guide to be specific (and correct) in where it placed items and would have agreed that jetons would be the correct place not chips, obviously that isn’t the case. I doubt they will create a whole new category on the guide just for the Playboy roulette jetons but it would be closer to the point if they did.
As to not reading my posts, well unless you are psychic (which entails reading other people’s thoughts which you can’t seem to do even when they express them in words and out loud) which I doubt, you must do. I expect you just skim over and take out the parts you wish to concentrate on and miss the bulk of the rest. You know, like the relevant parts. That’s fine but it explains a lot.
As for everything else, all I have tried to do is to help but you either belittle it, throw it back in my face or ignore it so I’ve done my part as much as I can.
