It's a paid subscription site and it does have some flaws. Prices listed are either the list or final bid price, best offer prices don't get reflected nor is it indicated that the sale was even made via best offer. The search feature has also become more wonky/finicky it seems, where sometimes a specific sale you know was made won't show up in a search but if you reran it later on. It's about $50/quarter iirc and with those added quirks it's so-so but I could see it being useful if you had a one off sale or purchase you wanted more accurate valuations on.
